cenSE is owned by the University of Stavanger (UiS), the University of Agder (UiA), the International Research Institute of Stavanger (IRIS) and Teknova, with more than 70 active registered researchers. cenSE’s R&D activities cover a combination of renewable energy and clean fossil-based energy, providing sustainable energy solutions with a focus on knowledge transfer from a strong petroleum sector in the region to new energy alternatives. cenSE welcomes collaborative initiatives from local and regional actors, as well as national and international authorities and organizations.
